The Gut & Hormone Transformation
A self-paced course to help you uncover what’s driving your symptoms, so you can restore gut health, balance hormones and transform how you feel from the inside out.
Have you ever wondered what your symptoms are trying to tell you?
We’re often led to believe that our symptoms are “normal”, but they are signs of deeper imbalances within the body.
It’s not normal to experience poor digestion, bloating, gas, constipation, unpredictable bathroom habits, food intolerances, painful periods, absent cycles, brain fog, restless sleep, anxiety, mood swings, weight gain or feeling tired all the time. All of these things have their own underlying causes.
Is this pattern familiar?
You’ve tried a bunch of supplements, diets and holistic practices but nothing really helped. Perhaps you’re even starting to question whether healing is possible at all.
It’s already effecting your social life, your relationships and your ability to function at work and you know deep down that something needs to change.

You suspect that your gut is involved, but you’re not exactly sure how or what to do next. You wonder whether you should be restricting foods, working on your thyroid, your hormones or fixing leaky gut but you’re definitely sick of not making progress.
Instead, there is another way. One that eliminates the guesswork and provides you with a fully customisable framework to follow, for your specific needs.

What Others are Saying…
Hi, I’m Natalya
I became a practitioner after my own journey with chronic gut issues, painful menstrual cycles and dysregulated hormones.
The permanent bloating, cramping and gas affected my self confidence and it got to the point where I no longer wanted to eat out or socialise. Most plant foods seemed to trigger symptoms and my list of ‘safe foods’ got ever smaller. I’d tried so many diets, yet my gut and skin were still a mess. It took a long time to learn that food wasn’t the answer.
Every month, I took sick days at the start of my menstrual cycle, due to the pain and nausea. When testing hormones, I learned that my liver was struggling to detoxify the high levels of estrogen and my progesterone levels were almost non existent.
The daily brain fog from my gut dysbiosis made it difficult to think, affected my moods and led to intense sugar cravings. Ultimately I felt irritable, burnt out and exhausted.
Yet deep down, I knew I wasn’t meant to feel this way and that a vibrant, symptom-free life was possible.
That became the catalyst for everything I do today. I immersed myself in studying nutrition and functional medicine, determined to understand how the gut, liver and hormones work together to shape our overall health. What I discovered changed my life and it’s what I now share with my clients and students.
I’d love for you to experience all of this too.

Who might the course not be suitable for?
As parts
Anyone on multiple medications. If you are currently taking medications, you’ll need to check with your healthcare provider regarding the suitability of implementing supplements.
Pregnant or breastfeeding mums as certain supplements and drainage pathway techniques may be unsafe during this time.
Those who are highly sensitive or reactive to all supplements. Whilst information on sensitive dosing is provided, you might benefit from more tailored 1:1 support.
Anyone with a specific medical diagnosis or serious illness. Please seek out direct care for these conditions instead.
If you are expecting immediate results, a functional medicine approach might not be for you. The emphasis is on addressing the underlying causes vs masking symptoms, which can take time.
