The Comprehensive
Mould Detox Course

A 16-module course that covers what to do after mould exposure, plus how to support your body if you’re still living in mould. From testing and detox preparation through to binding, colonisation, antifungals and rebuilding your health afterwards.
Removing the Overwhelm
There’s a huge amount of information about mould online and much of it is fear-based or sounds great in theory (such as adding in glutathione because the liver needs it to detox), whereas the reality can be quite different.
You’ll find a down-to-earth, nuanced approach to addressing mould in the body, from someone who has been there and lived it!
I’ll walk you through the same steps I guide my clients through, so you can understand what the journey ahead looks like and how to get started, while avoiding the common pitfalls.

Inside the Course
Click on each module to see the full details:
Module 1: Intro to Mould
We’ll briefly introduce mould spores, mycotoxins and fragments, so that you’re up to speed on what this means for health. Then we’ll discuss what colonisation is, mould symptoms, health effects, the differences between indoor and outdoor mould, why some people are more susceptible than others (there are a lot of factors, and each mould exposure can be quite different too), and its impact on our brain and neurotransmitters. Essentially, helping you to make sense of the brain fog, mood changes and mould rage.
Module 2: Functional Testing for Mould
We’ll explore the nuances of when to test and which test to choose, depending on whether you’re a better detoxer or have more immune symptoms. We’ll cover mycotoxin testing, how to prep for the test to improve accuracy, whether to use a sauna beforehand and what the latest research suggests. Along with Organic Acids testing, other clues of mould colonisation besides the fungal markers, how to prep for the oxalate markers, and when to consider mould and mycotoxin antibody testing and how I choose between each.
Module 3: Nervous System Regulation
We’ll explore the nervous system’s role in detoxification and how to shift the threat response with tools that signal safety. More details to follow on this module…
Module 4: CIRS, MCAS and Mast Cells
This module will introduce the topic of CIRS, so that you understand how it fits into the mould world; then we’ll cover MCAS, mast cells and histamine. More details on the specifics to follow…
Module 5: Supporting the Body Whilst Living in Mould
By understanding how mould impacts the body, we can then start supporting those areas, instead of waiting for a time when you can move or remediate. Whilst your symptoms may not fully resolve until that time, I want you to finish this module knowing that even if you are currently exposed to mould, there are still plenty of things that you can do today that will benefit your health. We’ll cover specific nutrients and supplements that can help to protect your cells, tissues and genes from mycotoxin damage, tools to reduce colonisation and practical things that you can do to reduce your current exposure and improve your overall resilience.
Module 6: Drainage and Lifestyle Prep
This module is all about supporting drainage pathways and getting the foundations in place to be able to eliminate mould effectively as well as supporting your overall health. This work is essential for minimising symptoms during detox, so I want to make sure that this is included. More details on this module to follow…
Module 7: Navigating Mould and Diet
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to diet and your tolerance to foods may vary a lot. That’s why there are no rigid restrictions, but I’d encourage you to approach this with a spirit of experimentation, so that you can find balance, removing only what you absolutely need to. We’ll cover the common culprits that can really flare symptoms in a mould-burdened body and the strategies that can bring relief. Additionally, we’ll look at what you can add in, so that you are providing your body with a range of nutrients to support mould detoxification.
Module 8: Nutrient Replenishment
Mould exposure can deplete several key nutrients, so this module focuses on replenishing what has been lost and which vitamins and minerals to prioritise for energy production, cell membrane repair and detoxification. This was the turning point in my own journey, as replenishing deficiencies can make a big difference to energy levels and everyday function.
Module 9: Liver Detox, Bile & Glutathione
This is a big module where we’ll get into the nitty-gritty of mould detox, starting with bile. We’ll then delve into binders, with food-based options and commercial binders, along with various strategies to improve binding. There will be a few advanced methods in here, for those who really want to maximise mycotoxin clearance.
We’ll also cover liver detoxification and the not-so-straightforward topic of glutathione. This is one supplement that can either be poorly tolerated or a complete game changer, so we’ll get into the nuances of why, how to decide whether to supplement directly, when this can be problematic, why I’m cautious with NAC and what to do to tolerate glutathione if gliotoxin is present. There will also be food-based options to support all levels of sensitivity with lots of clinical insights to help you move forward!
Module 10: Mould Colonisation
This is often the missing piece in many mould protocols, so we’ll make the connections, explain why some people don’t feel any better when leaving a mouldy environment and cover the main areas in the body where colonisation can occur, in preparation to address directly in the next two modules.
Module 11: Nasal Cavity and Sinuses
Over the years, I’ve adapted my approach, and this is now the first place that I start when working with mould colonisation. Unless the nasal cavity and sinuses are addressed, colonisation in the gut is likely to return, so you’ll find a methodical five-step approach that I’ve developed, which includes clearance, biofilm disruption, MARCoNS, targeted fungal colonisation and rebuilding the nasal microbiome afterwards.
Module 12: Antifungals
We’ll consider antifungals alongside the wider gut health picture and what else might need support, before discussing natural antifungal products for yeast and fungal overgrowths, with the herbs and fatty acids that I’ve found most effective amongst my clients. There is one herbal extract that I like to start with if someone is sensitive or has a high gliotoxin load, which can reduce internal mycotoxin production, so I’ll introduce my approach and what to add next, as well as which products I prefer to avoid due to their effects on the gut microbiome.
Module 13: Recovery After Mould
How to find balance after mould exposure, from the psychological to the physiological. We’ll discuss mould trauma, which is very real and understandable after a significant mould exposure, and how to navigate this. Your body may also benefit from additional support work, such as your gut lining, cell membranes and immune system.
Module 14: Mould and the Home
We’ll cover mould prevention tips, home testing options, devices, belongings and considerations around mould inspectors and remediators.
Module 15: Protocols and Supplements
Listing the handpicked supplement combinations that I use with my clients and where to find them, for those in the UK, US, Europe and most countries worldwide.
Module 16: A Final Word
As you finish the course, we’ll discuss other conditions that can occur alongside mould, what to have on your radar and how to navigate your recovery back to health.
My Own Experience with Mould

A mould exposure in 2020 turned my health upside down. It was gradual at first and I put it down to stress. A few months in, my energy wasn’t what it used to be, then came the brain fog, the digestive symptoms, bloating, skin flares, hormone imbalances and the mould rage.

I hadn’t realised the extent of the exposure, until it came to moving the mattress into our new home and we found black mould underneath. Needless to say, we spent the next few weeks sleeping on camping gear!
My journey to recovery stalled, as multiple practitioners missed that I was colonised and nearly a year in, I felt no better. I felt bloated, nauseous and depleted from all the binders and decided that it was time to learn as much as possible about mould and make this my speciality.
Six years later, it finally felt like the right time to put everything into a course, so this is the result of my own lived experience, hours of practitioner training, and what I learnt from working with a wide range of mould-affected clients.
Within this course, you’ll find a practical and methodical approach to navigating mould, so that you can feel confident knowing where to start.

A Few Final Thoughts
This course contains everything I wish I’d known after my own mould exposure and while I was trying to rebuild my health afterwards. It would have saved me two years of putting my life on hold, whilst not knowing what I was missing and why I still had fatigue and gut issues.
The course brings together what I’ve learned since then, both personally and through my work in practice, into a structured approach that you can work through at your own pace.
